We offer competitive rental rates for the main level at *$87.50/hour with a four-hour minimum. Included in your booking:

  • The front of the house - Aretha’s Room - includes the parlor with a baby grand piano and the Salon.

  • The back of the house includes the dining room/meeting space for 16+ and the business center.

  • Our outdoor venue - the Sun “Ra” Room - includes an in-ground spa, a large deck, and patio – with fire pits.

  • Rent the entire main level of the house for *$175/hour with a four-hour minimum, which includes all rooms mentioned above.
